About
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating life’s challenges and transitions. My approach is rooted in the belief that our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and decisions are often shaped by patterns that developed long before we were aware of them. Together, we can explore those patterns with curiosity rather than judgment and begin to understand how they may be influencing your life today.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship difficulties, or a sense of feeling stuck, therapy can offer a space to uncover what lies beneath the surface. If anger feels overwhelming, we can work to understand what it is trying to protect. If you find yourself repeating the same painful experiences, we can explore where those patterns began and whether they still serve you. If life feels empty or disconnected, we can search for new sources of meaning that feel authentic to who you are.
My goal is not to tell you who to become, but to help you better understand who you have become and why. Through that understanding, new possibilities emerge. I look forward to helping you choose your own journey by helping you remember who you were before life told you who to be.
